Náplň práce

What will you do?

• Receive and answer customers inquiries (f.e. my camera doesnt work, settings)


• Testing of cameras


• Inform customers about products and services provided by company


• Separately solve basic customers problems and complaints


• Analyze and records information about inquiry content


• Ensure the service support to the customers

Požadavky

What is required?

• Native German speaker plus advanced English


• Experience in customer service/ helpdesk min. 1 year


• Communication skills, Customer orientation, Willingness to learn new things


• Computer literacy on level of advanced user
